The products sold by Tube Tape are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery of the order to you. Except for the express 30 day warranty described above, Tube Tape disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.
How to Make a Warranty ClaimTo make a claim under the above warranty, please return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery of the order to you, together with the original invoice showing the date of purchase, proof of date of delivery and a statement of the claimed defect, to Tube Tape at the address below.
Limitation of LiabilityTHE LIABILITY OF TUBE TAPE, IF ANY, FOR DAMAGES RELATING TO ANY ALLEGEDLY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT SHALL UNDER ANY TORT, CONTRACT, OR OTHER LEGAL THEORY BE LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL PRICE PAID FOR SUCH PRODUCT AND SHALL IN NO EVENT INCLUDE INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY KIND EVEN IF TUBE TAPE IS AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
